After 10 years working for a large established health club Chain, founder Jason Sidebottom decided to strike out on his own and provide clients long standing and new alike with excellent and professional service. This led to the birth of Hand Zen Motion, a catered and customer need tailored on site massage therapy business. Providing a high quality service many had come to expect now straight to their door step.

Jason has honed his skill and broadened his offerings through continued education in the field of massage therapy. 16 years of experience and the drive to continually improve and expand his services enables him to provide excellent service to all his clients.
